The building is open to visitors from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. During the visit, guests can explore some of its most impressive rooms, including the magnificent Crystal Hall, inaugurated by King Alfonso XIII, the famous Balcony, and, when available, the Historical Museum. The museum offers free guided tours every Tuesday and Friday, allowing visitors to admire valuable treasures such as the Senyera, the historic flag of Valencia, and the city’s ceremonial keys from different periods.
The Town Hall’s main façade, designed by architects Francisco Mora and Carlos Carbonell, combines elegance and grandeur. It features a central section crowned by the iconic clock tower and a stone balcony that has become one of the city’s most recognizable symbols.
During the famous Las Fallas festival, the balcony plays a central role as the stage for official celebrations and the traditional mascletà. Today, visitors can also access it to enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Plaza del Ayuntamiento and experience one of Valencia’s most iconic locations.
