GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE PORTAL
These general conditions (hereinafter, the “General Conditions”) regulate the use of the Internet portal service www.laguiadevalenciahello.com (hereinafter, the “Portal”) that SOUL COMUNICACION SOCIEDAD LIMITADA. (hereinafter, “SOUL COMUNICACION”) makes available to Internet users.
The use of the Portal attributes the condition of user of the Portal (hereinafter, the “User”) and expresses the full and unreserved acceptance by the User of each and every one of the General Conditions in the version published by at the time the user accesses the Portal. SOUL COMUNICACION may publish hyperlinks on its Portal to other Web pages that contain Contents related to those that the User is reading on the Portal. The establishment of the Hyperlink does not imply in any case the existence of relations between SOUL COMUNICACION and the owner of the Web page on which the Hyperlink is established.
In order to use some of the Services, Users must first provide SOUL COMUNICACION with certain personal data (hereinafter, the “Personal Data”). SOUL COMUNICACION will automatically process the Personal Data for the purposes and under the conditions defined in its Privacy Policy, published on the Portal.
